Acquisitions

Yes I know the age of mergers have long gone by (it's now a common, hooplah-less,accepted way of life) but Miss-Nomer and I have been in discussion about bringing 80% of her work on to my gallery in addition to her future works.

I know that doesn't sound too fair but keep and mind, she's just a DeviantArt handle I use to: get away with nasty comments, post deviations that actually strive to be taken somewhat seriously. Please feel free to visit her site before she becomes obsolete and have a fantastic year! miss-nomer

Howdy yall,

This is ever reclusive, never-emails-nobody **** here, emailing yall. I’ve found some links to some interesting sites that are either nicely designed, or inspirational…or both. Check them out to get out of that design/writing/creative block, or check them out if you simply have nothing better to do (as you’ll have to spend copious amounts on each site to really “get it” …yeah right. =^p)

pretty cool, simple & clean designs. Check out the greeting cards in the gallery.

this guy is very inspired by claymation, but he hates clay...don’t know where all his cool stuff went

Hee hee, the intro itself is very nice

I like the classic (you’ll need to click the main menu to get info) more than bits&pieces

I’m sure you’ve seen this blurry, clean, design style before, but it’s still nice to look at

Ooh, so retro-moderne and yummy!

Never mind the less-than aesthetic menu, it has cool stuff in it’s archives

Wow, cool interface in this kafka-esque environment (your avatar is an insect) You can even leave messages in text or video form one of which I saw that was cool was webcam video of class in Tokyo checking out the site

Elegant, Cinematic, Creepy Intro…Didn’t stay long enough to find out what this is all about…but maybe you will.

Wow did you actually check ALL of those sites out? Yeah, uh huh, sure you did. Ok, well in the interest of having my email fit in with everyone else’s send this to at least 29 people and something magical will happen for you will get goodluck, trust me, it’s true, my friend’s cousin did this and it worked! I’ve Finally Found NEMO!

And unfortunately, I’ve also found some new found guilt! Yup that’s right, I love Pixar movies but there’s a very disturbing trend I’ve been noticing and that’s that they just LOVE to put guilt trips on people. It all started with Toy Story and it’s message of “Look how miserable you make toys feel when you pull off their arms!” and then it was continued with Toy Story 2’s message of “Look how miserable you make toys feel when you neglect to play with them.” In A Bug’s Life it was “See these cute little bugs that have great personalities? Well, you’re stepping on them everyday you jerk!” And then in Monster’s Inc. it was “Great, now that you’re not scared of monsters anymore, you’ve created a energy crisis for them…little monsters are starving in the streets, damn you!” And finally in Finding Nemo we should feel bad for having fish as pets. Well, ha, I got you there Pixar, because I don’t have any fish for pets!....but then again…I love sushi…err…so…hmm, [ack, the guilt consumes me] (sob, sob, sob)
